There are over 600 of us that have committed to doing 1800 minutes of excersise between April 1st and May 31st. This is a great way to keep us all motivated and to help hold us accountable. Anytime we do anything we can document it and hashtag it #1800minuteschallenge.
Since today is the first, I started the challenge off with doing cardio on the elliptical and then legs at the gym... 1st day down!!!
